So you’re happy, and you know it! Make sure you keep it that way, by heading out for a nice dinner or gathering some friends and heading out for drinks. Include salmon, red meats, coffee and chocolate as part of your meal. These foods are guaranteed to only take your happiness quotient, higher!
2. Fresh-From-A-Breakup Mood
A juicy burger. Keep the break up blues away with a burger. Have it with the works: Cheese, bacon, onions, and possibly French fries. Sweeten the meal with some ice cream for dessert. But the next day, eat healthy food and go to the gym —looking better than you did during the relationship is the best feeling!

4. I’m-So-Annoyed-I-have-To-Work-This-Weekend Mood
So you’re annoyed and just a little bit stressed. Well, nothing like some chocolate to get you feeling better. Dark chocolate is a good source of antioxidants, but it’s also been found to reduce the stress hormone cortisol. Oh, donuts help calm the nerves too!
So you’re embarrassed, but guess what, we’ve all been there. Nothing like some wine to take the edge off. Alcohol is a central nervous system depressant, so it will lower your blood pressure and take the edge off your tension. But this time, sip slowly and stick to one glass, lest you have a repeat of the previous night.
It’s the weekend, and all you want to do is stay indoors and binge on your favourite TV shows or a good book but there’s just one problem. You’re also hungry. No stress, just order pizza! Quick and efficient!
This is definitely the worst mood! But that doesn’t mean you have to sulk the whole of Sunday evening. Dig into some carbs-pastas, rice, pizza and top it off with some chocolate dessert to boost your mood and help you battle the Monday blues. Before you know it, it’ll be the weekend again!
