Health and wellness from the inside out was a big theme at this year.From juices, teas and tinctures to culinary retreats and shamanic clearing sessions, this year nearbuy has aimed to show that wellness isn’t simply a trend for the spa industry — good spas must adopt a culture of wellness as a default and not an exception if they want to attract and retain their dream guests.
Nearbuy discovered some really exciting partnerships and treatments at the show and are even more excited to share them with you. The earnest conversations about this event is what we believe, and are so passionate about, here at Spa Sale: spas are about health and wellness; they are a place to rest, relax and recuperate. The spas that truly get this are implementing a culture of wellness from the top down, which is the only way that the culture will work and be sustainable.

Hot Stone Massage:- The therapist places heated, smooth stones on specific points on the body and also holds the warm stones while giving the massage. The stones are usually basalt (a volcanic rock that retains heat well)..If you have certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, or varicose veins, you should check with your health care provider if you plan on getting a hot stone massage. Likewise, if you take any blood-thinning medication, be sure to get a medical opinion first.
Deep Tissue Massage:– This type of massage is particularly beneficial for people with chronic pain or lingering injuries that cause limited mobility. It’s effective in treating repetitive stress injuries such as tennis elbow or carpal tunnel syndrome and can be helpful in reducing the symptoms of osteoarthritis
Thai Massage:– A unique blend of assisted yoga, passive stretching, and pressing massage movements, Thai massage is more energizing than other forms of massage.This type of massage can reduce muscle spasticity and back pain, and has been shown to be useful in treating balance problems and migraine symptoms.
